Min requirements:
Al'Taieu > Mission 7-5 complete
Grand Palace of Hu'Xzoi > mission 8-1 complete
The Gardens of Ru'Hmet > mission 8-2 compete
Access to the principal elevator of Ru'Hmet > mission 8-3 complete
Limbus > mission 7-5 complete
Bahamut > Promathia complete and the last CS also
Please post if you have access to Sea. If you dont have access post your current mission. After speaking with the leaders is possible that CDA begin with Sea @50 % of the members has access.
